POSTAGE  and  PACKING

Small orders will normally travel free post, although a nominal fee of £1 will be made for packing.

In the case of large, heavy parcels it may be necessary to use Parcel Force, in which case the charge will be passed to the customer and will be included on the invoice.

A3 tactile diagrams will normally be posted in a cardboard tube. There will be a charge of 50p per tube used.

If the customer requests recorded delivery, etc. then the charge will be passed to the customer and will be included on the invoice.

If you wish to have a circular letter mailed, then a charge of 20p per letter will be made. If packages cannot be posted in an envelope the charge will be made to cover packaging and any postal costs incurred.
